Requirements:

Successful candidates who wish to join Talkspace as counselors or therapists must provide verification of their skills and training, which includes a psychology degree and a license to practice:

• A clinical license that has been approved by a state board is an essential piece of documentation for medical professionals, as it grants them the ability to work independently and legally
• Protect yourself against potential legal action with individual malpractice insurance
• Presenting a CAQH application that has been duly completed and signed
• Individual NPI number
• My place of residence at the moment is located within the borders of the USA

Compensation:

Transparency in pay is one of the core values at Talkspace. We offer a clear payment structure for our therapists, with a rate of $67.90 per hour for every live session. For shorter sessions, payments will be prorated. Additionally, messaging charges will depend on the client's subscription plan.
