Requirements:

To be considered for employment at Talkspace, therapists and counselors must authenticate their qualifications by providing relevant certifications and licenses:

• A state-approved clinical license is the key to independence for medical professionals, allowing them to practice their craft without having to worry about legal restrictions or consequences
• Without proper coverage, a professional can be exposed to significant financial risks
• The submission of a CAQH form that has been carefully filled in and signed
• Individual NPI number
• The USA is my current place of abode

Compensation:

Talkspace takes pay transparency seriously. We ensure that our therapists are paid $67.90 per hour for every live session they conduct. If the session is shorter, the payment is adjusted accordingly. Asynchronous messaging rates, on the other hand, vary depending on the client's specific plan.
