Requirements:

A degree in psychology or a related field and a valid license to practice therapy are the basic prerequisites for therapists and counselors looking to join the Talkspace team:

• The clinical license that is approved by a state board is an achievement that all healthcare professionals strive for, as it grants them the freedom to operate independently and legally
• Protect your career and your livelihood with a personal malpractice insurance policy
• Handing over a CAQH application that has been fully filled out and signed
• Individual NPI number
• My current dwelling is situated within the confines of the United States of America

Compensation:

At Talkspace, we prioritize transparency in pay. Our therapists will be paid a rate of $67.90 per hour for every live session they conduct. For reduced time spent in shorter live sessions, payment will be prorated. The cost of asynchronous messaging will also vary, depending on the client's subscription plan.
