Compensation:

At Talkspace, we believe in pay transparency as a critical component of employee satisfaction. Our therapists earn a payment rate of $67.90 per hour for every live session they hold, with adjustments made for shorter sessions. For asynchronous messaging, charges depend on the client's subscription plan.
